So summer is coming, and it’s been a long winter. LONG.
I’m doing well though. Went on two five-mile runs in two days, which is pretty good for me, and have really trimmed down my diet. Gotta give up the booze though… that’ll be a toughie. I have a lofty goal weight in mind, but the idea here is to more just be a bit more toned, trimmed and slimmed up.
Really, because … this badass trip is less than 3 months away!!!!! As I was telling / agreeing with my sister yesterday, neither of us wants the millions of family photos taken on the trip, which will inevitably land on the fridges of family and friends worldwide, to feature us with rolls / hands across stomach / tankinis. NARY A SARONG will be brought. Time to tone up!
