I was OBSESSED with this book when I was a kid:

she's here to tell you to get a haircut

I literally read this book probably… 5 times a year. Minimum. I would read other books, and then would secretly read this in between. It eventually got me into reading other crap ghost stories and gasp – R.L. Stine – but this was the book. Other kids? Suess. Me? Story about dead girl who befriends and then tries to drown, stab and burn alive little girl.
